Which is the Best Email Marketing Tool?

This is the one question that people asked most of the time, even I got confused when they asked this question. because I do not know about their use case.

Being a creator, I love to use ConvertKit as my email marketing tool. Being a marketing geek, who wants to automate all the things up. I love to use Active Campaign.

Question should be modified. Right question would be,

Which is the best email marketing tool for [Title]

  • for creators
  • for agencies
  • for e-commerce
  • for SaaS Business

Keeping that in mind let’s start this post.

Best Email Marketing Tools

ConvertKit

ConvertKit is a creator-centric email marketing service founded by Nathan Berry.

ConvertKit is one the most highly powerful and simplest platform I have ever seen, They provide many cool functionalities that many email marketing services lack.

Their deliverability is also super-duper awesome. Even, This blog’s newsletter is also powered by Convertkit. Even, They come up with a free plan which is bounded with some limitations as compared to their pro plan.

But, It’s truly worth it to have it. You can send free emails to over 1000 subscribers.

Active Campaign

Active campaign is beast when it comes to workflow automation. Even though Their dashboard is a little difficult to learn, you can make use of it.

One of the Biggest concerns that folks have about the Active campaign is thier pricing. Their pricing is quite confusing for newbies.

Active campaing plans

If I talk about my recommendation then I would recommend starting with their lite plan then slowly scale up. It’s an ideally recommended solution for SaaS Beasts, B2B, and eCommerce guys.

Initially, I used it for SurfSaaS Newsletter then I shifted to sendfox.

SendFox

SendFox is one of the most affordable email marketing services on the list. This platform is a direct alternative to ConvertKit which means this is meant for creators.

If I talk about Pricing, They’re running a lifetime plan. In which you’ve to pay $49 for every 5000 subscribers. 10 dollars/month for removing your branding and extra features.

Sendfox plans

Drip

Drip is another popular email marketing service branded for eCommerce stores but it can be used for other workflows as well.

Personally, I have not tried drip yet but this one is quite popular in the blogging community. Even popular blogs such as ProBlogger, BloggersPassion use it as their email marketing suite.

As I researched, Drip is similar to Active Campaign when it comes to automation but their UI is easy to use.
